For our second shift, we are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor who enjoys taking responsibility and leading, as well as continuously developing, a team. In addition to organizational and technical leadership, you will also be actively involved in day-to-day operations and apply your technical expertise in the production environment.
* Coordination and disciplinary leadership of production shift teams
* Interface between teams, quality assurance, and production management
* Ensuring compliance with defined quality standards, safety regulations, and internal guidelines
* Active involvement in a production area (machining or sheet metal processing)
* Reporting, documenting, and tracking deviations, as well as contributing to process improvements
* Point of contact for technical issues with production machinery
* Active support in optimizing all production processes
* Completed technical training, preferably in machining or sheet metal processing
* Working hours: 14:30 to 22:30 (daily)

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at €3,416 gross per month (excluding overtime).
