About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Community Manager to join our newest over 50's lifestyle community, Vantage Bloomdale, located in Diggers Rest. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the start and the heart of shaping a thriving community from the ground up.
In this role you will:
* Manage and oversee day to day operations of the community
* Represent Vantage Bloomdale as the face of the community and act as first point of contact for all current and future residents, escalating matters as required
* Ensure all community-documentation, Homeowner records and information systems are maintained current and accurate
* Ensure that the community is operating within all compliance and regulatory requirements
* Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage operations within budget
* Engage contractors/service providers in line with company procedures to ensure the community facilities are maintained to a high standard
* Support our Development, Marketing and Sales teams with events and admin support as required
Skills and experience
Strong administration, a passion for customer service and great attention to detail are essential. Your friendly, approachable nature, ability to remain calm under pressure together with a willingness to jump in to get things done is also important.
While previous experience managing a Lifestyle Community, Retirement Village or Leisure Park would be highly regarded, if you are someone who thrives on providing exceptional customer service and building connection and community, we’d love to hear from you!
A current valid 'class c' drivers licence is also required.
