As a Digital Concepter at pixelart you develop ideas that can be translated into strong digital concepts. You combine creative thinking with clear content and a solid understanding of digital context. You actively contribute your perspective to projects, develop viable concepts and recognise when an idea really works. Working alongside Strategy, Design, and Photo and Video Production, you’ll work on solutions from the initial idea through to implementation. Throughout, you’ll always keep an eye on impact, user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Develop ideas and translate brand and campaign strategies into digital concepts.
* Craft key messages, headlines, claims and narratives with deep understanding of target audiences.
* Design content for digital touchpoints – websites, landing pages, performance campaigns and digital applications – focusing on content, narrative and user experience.
* Cross‑channel thinking and adapting concepts to different touchpoints.
* Close collaboration with Strategy, Design, Photo and Video Production.
* Further development of existing concepts based on data, performance and project insights.
* Targeted use of generative AI to support the creative process.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of practical experience in an agency or a similar role within the digital sector.
* Verifiable references or a portfolio with a clear focus on digital projects and campaigns.
* Experience in developing content for websites and digital platforms.
* Understanding of storytelling in a digital context and its structured presentation.
* Basic understanding of SEO and content structures such as page logic, information architecture and content hierarchies.
* Experience with editorial structures for websites or similar platforms.
* Native‑level German.
Offer
Annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) based on a full‑time position. Actual salary depends on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits are included.
