About the Role:
Are you a hands on sales and marketing leader with a passion for driving growth in the eMobility and green technology sectors? We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales Marketing to join an innovative company in the eMobility sector. This role is a blend of strategic oversight and active sales involvement, ideal for someone who thrives in both high level decision making and day to day execution.
As the Head of Sales Marketing, you will work closely with the C level to set and execute strategic goals. Youll be responsible for leading both sales and marketing teams, defining clear objectives, and creating actionable plans to achieve them. While you will oversee the larger strategy, you will also play a critical role in business development and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the C suite to define the sales and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
* Sales Marketing Execution: Set strategic goals and break them down into actionable objectives for the team. Own the execution of these plans while also managing day to day sales efforts.
* Business Development: Engage directly with clients and prospects to generate new business, strengthen existing relationships, and boost revenue.
* Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the sales and marketing teams, driving performance and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Revenue Growth: Take an active role in growing sales by identifying new opportunities, leveraging consultative sales techniques, and helping close deals.
* Market Focus: Target B2B clients across retail, industry, public administration, and more.
* Portfolio Management: Oversee a range of end to end products and services, including consultations, hardware, software, and installations for green technology infrastructure.
