Our client, an international logistics organization, is recruiting for a Channel Service Partner Manager to join their business in Austria.

Responsibilities
* CSP Field Network Operations – Ensure the smooth operation of the field network by optimizing service levels.
* Delivery Service Level Management – Maintain high levels of delivery performance through coordination with clients and vendors.
* Relation Management – Negotiation and cooperation with the subcontracted service partners.
* Subcontractor Control – Oversee vendor performance, conducting on-site inspections as needed.
* Field Training and E-learning – Train and educate network partners and employees through field and online programs.
* Resource Planning – Plan and allocate resources to ensure efficient operations.
* Optimization of LM Service Area – Analyze and optimize delivery service areas to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
* Invoice Processing and Management – Manage vendor and contractor invoice processes.
* Develop Cost Budgets and Pricing – Collaborate with finance and operations teams to create detailed cost budgets for each delivery lane.
* Monitoring and Performance Management – Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including quality, stock levels, delivery times, and costs.
* Problem Resolution and Complaint Handling – Proactively address issues and handle complaints related to last-mile delivery.
Requirements
* 5+ years of vendor/courier partner management experience.
* Proven experience in managing external delivery partners and suppliers.
* Strong expertise in the Austrian last‑mile landscape.
* In‑depth knowledge of the local last‑mile ecosystem.
* Fluency in German and English.
