Your main roles and responsibilities
* Develop innovative software solutions for an incident-free and efficient rail transport of the future
* Design specifications and incorporate them into the conception of the software architecture
* Design sustainable software architectures with a focus on embedded systems and realise your own ideas in innovative R&D projects
* Document architectures and designs using semi-formal methods
* Pursue agile development approaches and automate process steps
* Use modern methods such as test-driven development and continuous integration and consider multidisciplinary topics such as safety and security
* Contribute your expertise to the team and benefit from the know-how of a global market leader
You are just right for this role if
* you have a solid technical education (university of applied sciences / university) in the field of computer science / software engineering with several years of professional experience
* SysML and C are nothing new to you
* you are familiar with programming standards such as MISRA
* you are open to modern working methods and agile development methods
* software quality is important to you and you are enthusiastic about technically challenging tasks
* you find it easy to communicate in both German and English
