BVLGARI is looking for a Store Manager in Vienna to join our team.
The Store Manager is responsible for inspiring and developing the store team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative targets. The Store Manager is a strong leader who collaborates with internal business partners to drive all business initiatives with a sense of urgency. He/she is a strategic thinker capable of solving problems, providing recommendations, and making decisions. The Store Manager will develop strong business relationships both externally and internally to support and drive the business forward.
Essential Duties:
* Achieve sales and business performance targets by supporting the sales team and analyzing store KPIs regularly to implement action plans.
* Propose and execute a store strategy aligned with store goals, developing a business plan and coordinating cross-departmental efforts.
* Identify opportunities for performance improvement and work with corporate partners to develop strategies to enhance sales and performance.
Team Leadership:
* Coach and train the sales team, motivating and developing staff to perform at their highest potential.
* Manage recruitment, performance reviews, and development plans for all staff, ensuring standards of grooming, uniform, and behavior are met.
Store Operations:
* Ensure excellence in store experience and image, managing store schedules, visual merchandising, and adherence to operational procedures.
* Partner with Retail Operations to ensure loss prevention and inventory management are optimized.
CRM and Market Development:
* Drive in-store customer relationship building and develop market strategies to activate new and existing clients.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop market events and initiatives for growth.
Key Competencies:
* Experience in luxury retail or with luxury products, with managerial experience in motivating staff.
* Ability to leverage industry networks, think strategically, and make sound decisions.
* Availability to work retail hours, including weekdays and weekends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and store operation applications.
