Your job: help them do their best work, remove what's in the way, and keep everyone rowing in the same direction.
This isn't a corporate Agile role. It's hands‑on, fast‑paced, and deeply human.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies that actually add value – stand‑ups, planning, retros that people leave energized, not drained
* Spot and remove blockers before they slow the team down
* Bridge hardware, firmware, and software teams – because our sprints span all three
* Keep stakeholders informed without creating overhead
* Build a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Team
* You've worked as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator – ideally in a hardware or engineering‑heavy environment
* You're calm under pressure and direct without being aggressive
* You coach, you don't control – you know the difference
* You're genuinely curious about the product, not just the process
* CSM, PSM or equivalent is a plus – but how you work matters more than what's on your certificate
* Fluent English; German is a bonus
