SiC Epitaxy Expert
We are seeking an experienced expert to develop and further optimize SiC epitaxy single process solutions in terms of reliability and yield.
This position involves handover of qualified processes and control concepts to the production team and close collaboration with technology development teams in multiple locations.
To succeed in this role, you will require a master's degree/PhD in Physics, Applied Chemistry or Material Science, at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Silicon Carbide epitaxy, and experience in optimizing tools and processes for high-performance and high-reliability SiC devices.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize SiC epitaxy single process solutions.
* Hand over qualified processes and control concepts to the production team.
* Closely collaborate with technology development teams.
