* Laws and procedures relevant to migrant smuggling and any existing case law reviewed and analyzed; mock trial scenarios/ methodology/ agendas, case studies, and any other required materials, with a focus on decision-making and sentencing, prepared for the delivery of the capacity building activities; clear communication with designated UNODC staff to prepare the activities ensured. B) Support in the facilitation of mock trial exercises accomplished; specific sessions led and moderated and required technical advice to ensure participants are following the scenario provided. C) Consultant reports on the training and mock trials, including feedback and recommendations from the participants and counterparts. D) The consultant conducts a comprehensive legal assessment of existing national legislation related to SOM and TIP, including a draft of anti-TIP law to identify gaps and inconsistencies that do not align with international standards.
