We are looking for a part time Sales Assistant Manager who has a real passion for people, sales, and customer service. We are offering incredible flexibility in this role, with our weekend shift to be shared between two part time team members, and their remaining hours can be flexible. This role is perfect for people looking to find a role that works with their life and or family needs.
About the Role
* Create positive experiences for our customer in store, online and via the phone.
* Help our personal and business customer find a storage solution that suits their personal needs.
* Serve our in-store customers in our merchandise shop.
* Keep our facility clean and well presented.
* Work closely with our store manager to achieve our monthly sales targets.
What you Need
* A flair for connecting and building rapport with customers.
* Passion and talent for delivering a world‑class customer experience.
* You don't need to be a storage expert to join our team – we will train you!
* Have strong communication skills, with the capacity to respond quickly to the needs of our customers.
* Enthusiasm, positivity and the genuine work ethic to ‘get things done’.
* Availability to work Saturday's 9‑3pm.
* Approx. 20 hours across a 3‑4 day roster.
