As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll support our team in the operational execution and optimization of digital campaigns. Your tasks
Operational Campaign Management: You’ll handle the technical setup and ongoing management of performance campaigns (SEA & Paid Social) across platforms such as Google (Ads + Display), Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Ad Copywriting & AI Support: You’ll craft high‑performing ad copy, using AI‑powered tools to tailor messages precisely to target audiences.
Monitoring & Reporting: You’ll closely monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for our clients.
Ongoing Optimization: You’ll identify areas for improvement in campaigns and implement adjustments in close collaboration with the team.
Client Support: You’ll support day‑to‑day client communication and advise clients on operational topics.
Cross‑team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our Creation Department to ensure the best possible assets for your campaigns.
Our Offer
In addition to great benefits, we offer a gross annual salary starting from €32,200 (including holiday and Christmas bonuses) based on full‑time employment. Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
What you can contribute
Willingness to learn & curiosity: You’re curious, eager to learn, and able to quickly pick up new topics and tools while continuously developing your professional and technical skills (especially in the field of AI).
Initial practical experience: You’ve already gained some initial experience in ad and campaign management (e.g. through internships or working student positions at agencies or companies).
Affinity for innovation: You have a strong interest in new technologies and are motivated to actively work with AI tools in your day‑to‑day marketing work.
Basic knowledge of SEA & Paid Social: You’ve already had some exposure to Google Ads or Meta Business Suite.
Analytical mindset: You have a strong affinity for numbers, work in a structured way, and bring a proactive, hands‑on mentality.
Strong communication skills: You enjoy working in a team and collaborating directly with clients.
Bonus – Writing talent: Ideally, you have a flair for language and know how to convey messages clearly and concisely.
Due to our corporate language and current client structure, German language skills at a minimum C1 level are required.
