Join Exyte’s Data Center Business Unit in Vienna, Austria to manage key construction projects.
Responsibilities
* Commercial management of construction projects.
* Participation in bid calculations.
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, and participating in contract negotiations.
* Creation and monitoring of project budgets and costs within the framework of project controlling.
* Project-related risk and claims management.
* Evaluation and clarification of contractual issues, and performance and billing discrepancies and amendments.
* Assistance in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
* Examination and processing of supplier and subcontractor invoices.
* Contract and customer management in coordination with project management.
Qualifications
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
* Professional experience in a comparable position.
* Experience in managing large construction projects is an advantage.
* Strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) engineering or relevant proven trade experience.
* Knowledge of a billing and calculation program.
* Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
* Willingness to travel to project sites within the DACH region.
