Role:
You will work within the Packing Department Projects division joining an established team of Engineers in the delivery of improvements to help integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area, through the execution of project work in compliance with current regulatory and company requirements. The successful candidate will report directly to the Principal Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Help establish with the Principal Program Manager the departmental goals, schedules and timetables for activities.
* Plan and schedule work in accordance with plant demand and available manpower.
* Maintain adequate stores stock levels and ensure proper in/out control.
* Ensure compliance with Company International Global Standards, GMP & Environmental requirements.

Project Management
* Responsible for leading plant capital projects as assigned.
* Presentation of project charters and business case proposals for review with management team.
Financial Management
* Procurement of vendor services that are fit for purpose, cost effective and incorporate appropriate Service Level Agreements.
Validation
* Responsible for ensuring full implementation of all projects in line with site validation programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevent Engineering Experience
* Knowledge of an Automated Manufacturing Environment and packing equipment
