Responsibilities
* Analyze existing OMV Energy workflows to identify inefficiencies, integration gaps, and improvement opportunities.
* Design optimized end-to-end workflows aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.
* Build and automate workflows using digital platforms and artificial intelligence to reduce manual effort.
* Develop data-driven workflow components using analytics and domain-specific applications.
* Collaborate with energy experts and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and governance requirements.
* Implement workflow optimization initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Provide training and support to end users to enable effective adoption of new workflows and tools.
* Document workflows, standards, and best practices to ensure transparency, scalability, and compliance.
* Act as a change agent promoting digitalization and efficiency across the Energy division.
Your profile
* University Degree Master in Information Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in workflow optimization, process automation, data analytics, or digital transformation.
* Basic understanding of energy industry processes and operational workflows.
* Experience with automation concepts and digital workflow platforms as well as familiarity with AI and scripting concepts.
* Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping using tools like Excel, Visio or similar.
* Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
* Very good English skills (written and spoken) with the ability to clearly document, present, and collaborate across functions.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 75 292,- all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
