In this varied HR generalist role, you will have the opportunity to further expand your existing expertise and develop both professionally and personally. As part of a dedicated and experienced HR team, you will gradually take on responsibility for a wide range of tasks throughout the employee life cycle. After a structured induction period, you will actively contribute your ideas, help shape processes, and thus make a valuable contribution to the further development of our HR work.
TASKS
* Point of contact for employees and managers in all personnel-related and labor law issues
* Creation and management of contracts, contract amendments, confirmations, and other documents
* Master data maintenance in the HR system (HCM)
* Independent planning, implementation, and further development of the onboarding and offboarding process
* Management and active participation in various HR projects
PROFILE
* Completed commercial training
* Several years of professional experience in HR
* Good knowledge of labor law and willingness to undertake further training
* Structured and organized approach to work, service orientation, and ability to work in a team
* Empathetic personality coupled with strong communication skills and initiative
* Very good German and English skills

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
The minimum gross basic salary according to the collective agreement (information and consulting) based on full-time employment is 48,601 euros per year.
