Technical Advisor – Training & Quality (m/f/d)

Locations: Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt, Karlsruhe, Remote.
Responsibilities
Processing internal employee inquiries and quality-related customer feedback.
Documenting and preparing quality-related aspects from work processes, internal feedback, and customer feedback.
Inquiry-based collaboration with relevant internal interfaces.
Preparing technical information for internal distribution to support and specialist departments.
Designing, planning, and conducting training courses (or follow-up courses) with Moodle.
Preparing and presenting training content, including creating and adapting training materials.
Reviewing learning progress and using practical examples to apply knowledge.
Qualifications
Good technical knowledge in the areas of web hosting, domains, and vServer.
Experience in designing and conducting technical training courses or workshops.
Ability to convey technical content in a way that is tailored to the target audience, understandable, and practical.
Experience with training or e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle).
Patient, structured, and quality-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage.
Creativity and adaptability in the design and implementation of training content.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
