Procurement Manager

Core Responsibilities
* Lead procurement projects with a focus on eProcurement and process optimization; act as a key representative of Global Procurement in cross‑functional business initiatives.
* Drive change‑management activities and develop training programs to support the adoption of new processes and tools.
* Create, maintain, and manage information for internal and external stakeholders via platforms such as SharePoint and the ABB Intranet.
* Plan and evaluate strategic initiatives related to Procurement Excellence and Digital Transformation in close collaboration with the Global Procurement Leadership Team.
* Drive and support initiatives for Process Excellence, Digital Transformation & Reporting (PEDT&R), including License to Operate topics, administrative activities, and execution of compliance controls.
Key Qualifications
* Approx. 3–5 years of professional experience in Information Systems or Procurement with strong technical understanding.
* Solid understanding of project‑management fundamentals; advanced expertise is a plus.
* Solid knowledge of SAP MM; familiarity with other eProcurement tools and SAP customising experience is a plus.
* Strong communication skills in German and English (both mandatory).
* Highly organized and structured work approach, with strong attention to detail.
* Open‑minded, eager to learn, and resilient mindset.
The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3 775,27 EUR monthly for a full‑time position as of May 2025.
