About the role
* Work closely with the Venue Manager to deliver seamless events.
* Set up and pack down of room(s).
* Supervise events, provide direction to staff and liaise with client(s).
* Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
* Liaise with the Chef regarding service and timings.
* Heavily operational role, focused on service delivery.
About you
* Passion for delivering an unforgettable experience.
* Must have experience with different styles of function service, including weddings.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to effectively supervise and lead a team.
* Must be available to work events, including weekends and nights.
