We are seeking a talented Ads Operations Manager to join our SEA team, specializing in Microsoft advertising. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and possesses a deep understanding of performance marketing and data-driven solutions.**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop benchmarks for determining campaign and Ad product success- Set up, monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance- Audit existing or new Ad accounts to identify opportunities- Regular calls/meetings with existing or potential clients- Conduct research, attend regular Microsoft trainings.- Keep CRM system updated- Determine new effective ways of delivering results that boost sales and deeper engagement as well as customer retention**Core Functional Skills and Knowledge**:
- Minimum one year of experience, deep understanding of SEA, performance marketing and data-driven solutions- Solid analytical skills and tools technical expertise (Excel, Salesforce, Microsoft Ads, Google).- Ability to develop meaningful long-lasting relationships with clients and Ad partners.- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines- Knowledge or prior experience with Microsoft products desired.- Fluency in both German and English is required**Aleph** is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
