The RCM Group Steering team is steering and developing asset management business within RBI Group. In our scope is 9 fund management companies and 3 pension funds of RBI Group network present in 9 different CEE countries. Our team consists of colleagues from different countries and backgrounds, providing unique experience of international working environment. Our primary activities are covering various areas from investment funds product management and market analysis up to reporting, event organization and setting group standards. At the glance: Start date: AprilWorking hours: 20h /weekLocation: 1190 Vienna Your role with us on the team: Contributing to building new reports and analysis, as well as preparing PowerPoint presentations with the teamSupporting monthly business line reporting, including analyzing current trends and developmentsProviding support in reporting for CEE unitsWorking together with IT experts to support the further development of existing management information systems (e.g., Power BI, QlikSense), as well as actively participating in the development of new dashboards, reports, and moreOffering support in steering financial data delivery for CEE units We are looking for someone who: Is actively studying at a university or a technical college (preferably in the field of economics, finance, mathematics, etc.)Is fluent in written and spoken English; mastering of any CEE language would be an advantageHas a certain level of investment fund business understanding and a high affinity for dataHas some work experience, ideally in dealing with data delivery, databases, management reporting tools, financial reporting and accounting topicsHas high level of proficiency in MS Office, especially in advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint programsWorks in a precise and structured mannerEnjoys developing their skills and knowledgeIs interested in financial services products, specifically in investment and pension funds What's in it for you?
