About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to lead 3 key Digestive Wellness brands in Austria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, and a proven track record of driving growth and delivering on innovation. A deep understanding of the consumer health sector would be favorable. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the retail sector is € 35,490 gross per annum.
Main Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Execute the global marketing strategies of the Digestive Wellness portfolio to drive growth and market share.
* Global Brand Launch & Brand Management: Lead the launch in Austria of one of our leading global brands in the Western European market, ensuring a successful introduction and sustained growth.
* Matrix Team Leadership / Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization, including interaction with Global Brand Teams, Commercial, Medical & Regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Campaign Development: Lead the implementation / adaptation of integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
* Market Analysis: Perform thorough market performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities and closely monitor the competitive landscape.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the brand across the zone, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
About You
* Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience as well as proven experience in FMCG / Healthcare industries is strongly desired.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. Proficiency in digital marketing tools & platforms & passion for brand management.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Languages: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
