In your role you will embrace the unique challenge of being at the heart of the revolution in the automotive industry. * Develop product strategy based on market analysis and customer feedback for High Voltage SiC Bare Die for e-mobility * Shape the long-term product roadmap for High Voltage SiC Bare Die in close collaboration with the technical marketing team in the fastest growing automotive segment: e-mobility * Define value propositions for innovative products used in next generation electric vehicles * Be part of a cross-functional team to successfully develop business models and to collaborate closely with the R&D team * Closely collaborate with product management to enable great market introduction and G2M activities Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You take on new challenges without knowing the right path to an eventual solution in advance and commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you are personally committed to the customer's concerns and award them a high priority. Lastly, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people. * A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Economy, Business Administration or similar * At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of product marketing in the semiconductor industry * Experience in strategy development and implementation * Know-How of semiconductors especially power electronics as a plus * An energetic mindset combined with a structured and self-organized work style * Excellent English communication and presentation skills, German as a plus We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
