The Role
As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and investment team of our client to drive post‑acquisition integration and value creation across the portfolio.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact group role, focused on translating strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and drive PMI and value creation initiatives across the portfolio
* Establish and run a clear integration governance model, including timelines, milestones, and ownership
* Lead cross‑functional teams to execute integration plans across operations, finance, IT, and commercial functions
* Track and realize synergies, linking initiatives directly to P&L and cash‑flow impact
* Harmonize business processes, systems, and quality frameworks across companies (incl. ERP, CRM, LIMS)
* Act as a central problem‑solver, proactively identifying issues and driving pragmatic solutions
* Prepare decision‑ready updates for senior management and the Board using a consolidated KPI dashboard
* Build and continuously refine a Group Integration & Value Creation Playbook
* Drive cultural integration while preserving local entrepreneurial identities
Your Profile
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
* Several years of experience in value creation, post‑merger integration, or project leadership, ideally from top‑tier consulting, private equity or a PE‑backed operating environment
* Strong ability to link operational initiatives to financial outcomes
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and leading cross‑functional teams
* Structured, analytical, and execution‑focused mindset
* Fluent German, French and English
* High resilience, hands‑on mentality, and comfort in fast‑paced environments
* Experience in regulated or technical services environments is advantageous
