Schedule: Must be able to work weekends, holidays and during school breaks. Schedule varies and is dependent on weather and guest attendance; schedule subject to change and may require late shift hours up to 11 pm for special programs.

Essential Duties
* Handle all in-park ticket & membership sales
* Validate tickets and admit entry into the park and various exhibits/attractions
* Actively promote and inform guests about our diverse assortment of premium products, such as memberships
* Process all transactions through the ticketing point-of-sale system
* Assist with the operation of the Central Park Zoo 4D Theater
* Inspect assigned work area prior to and during park hours, looking for safety hazards, facility issues, housekeeping needs, potential injuries, etc. Report issues to supervisor or Area Manager.
* Providing superior service to guests, including maintaining general knowledge of park attractions, amenities, and enforcing general park policies
* Assisting the team in carrying out any additional operational duties
