Your responsibilities:
* Engage directly with and manage key client relationship to ensure high quality service and assurance
* Respond professionally to client’s input and questions with a sense of urgency
* Timely preparation, maintenance and provision of supporting documents to ensure timely filing of tax returns
* Liaise directly with international tax, legal and investment advisors
* Maintenance and periodic filing of compliance reports
* Document management, including filing, scanning and archiving
* Understand and timely and efficiently coordinate financial reporting to the client
* Field questions on various topics and find the appropriate answers
* Perform accounting of transactions within the client structure
* Regularly update senior management on client interaction and tasks completed
* Build on established procedures and design controls where necessary to ensure seamless service provision
* Maintain and ensure accuracy of structural charts
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
* Professional fluency in English with the ability to understand legal documents in English
* University degree and/or a professional qualification or equivalent with preferably 5+ years of experience working in corporate, fund or trust administration
* Ability to work efficiently, diligently, and independently in an international environment
* Ability to perform in a high-demand environment
* Ability to prioritise and multi-task
