Are you the perfect match for our Night Receptionist position?
* You will actively participate in handling complaints and resolving guest inquiries.
* Completing financial audit reports and procedures is one of your biggest tasks.
* You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to connect with others
* Handling requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude is what you do
* You are a night owl and enjoy working shifts from 11pm to 7am.
* You have a good command of the English language and excellent communication skills
* Your biggest motivator? Exceeding guests' expectations and making sure they come back for a 2nd (or even 3rd) visit
