Responsibilities
* Perform and oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance and repairs of refrigeration systems (CO₂ & semi plug-in).
* Act as on-site supervisor, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality and timelines.
* Manage site activities, including material coordination and documentation.
* Provide technical support (on-site and remote), including analysis, reporting and documentation.
* Perform inspections and final acceptance of projects.
* Ensure smooth handover to customers and service teams.
* Train partners and technicians and support new product rollouts.
* Ensure all documentation, approvals and reports are completed correctly.
Profile
* You hold a qualification as a refrigeration technician / HVAC technician / electrical technician (or similar).
* You have experience in installation and service of commercial refrigeration systems.
* Experience in site coordination or supervision is a strong advantage.
* You speak English fluently and have a very good command of Dutch and/or French.
* You hold a valid driving licence (B).
* You work independently, structured and solution-oriented.
* You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* You are willing to travel and work on-call / overtime when needed.
