What You’ll Do
* Lead sourcing and supplier activities to deliver cost efficiency and business value.
* Introduce processes, reporting, and ways of working that improve operations.
* Negotiate effectively with suppliers and build strong long‑term relationships.
* Collaborate across teams to support business priorities and supply chain needs.
* Identify opportunities to optimise supplier performance and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
* Significant experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain (typically 5+ years or equivalent).
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* Experience leading or mentoring a team (even informally).
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across teams.
* Familiarity with sourcing systems or supply chain tools is helpful, but not essential.
* Professional sourcing or supply qualifications are a bonus, not required.
