We are looking for an experiencedPeople Development Expert to design, implement, and continuously improve initiatives that support employee growth, capability building,and our overall Learning & Development culture in part- or fulltime (at least 25 hours/week). This role combines strategic thinking with a strong hands‑on mentality, ensuring concepts are not only developed but successfully executed. Your main work location will be our Viennese Office, but the role also requires an
office day in our headquarter in Brunn am Gebirge once a week.
Key Responsibilities
Youare responsiblefordesigningandimplementingcomprehensive people development strategies aligned withglobalbusiness goals
Youidentifyskill gaps together with relevant stakeholders anddefine,executeandfacilitatetargetedtraining sessions and workshops
Youknow howto setupandenable projects likerole-based learning paths,upskilling/reskilling initiatives,talentprogramsetc.
You evaluate effectiveness of development programs using KPIs and feedback, and continuously improve offerings
You act as an ambassadorandtrusted advisor tothe People & Culture Team andPeople Leadersthat shape IMSs learning culture
Qualifications
You havemore than 5years of experience in People Development/Learning &Development(preferablyin production/engineering/tech environment)
You have a strongtrack recordin designing and deliveringtrainingand developmentinitiativesthat meetdiverse businessneeds
You show strong facilitation skillsinEnglish and Germanwith confidencein delivering trainings and workshops
Youdemonstratehands-on mentality with the ability to move from concept to execution
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsare your daily business
You are pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes
You have your primary workplace based inBrunn amGebirge, with flexibility and willingness to travel toViennaasrequiredfor specifictrainings/workshops.
Nice to Have
You have a certification in Train-the-Trainer or equivalent qualification
You havegainedfirst‑hand experienceand/orparticipatedin setting uptechnicaltrainings
You are experiencedwith modern learning methodologies (e.g., blended learning, digital learning platforms)as well as withLMS and AI based training generating tools

With us you will receive an attractive annual (full-time) gross salary from
60.000 €
(plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
