At AUGMENTERRA, we’re looking for someone eager to bring their sales skills to an innovative SpaceTech company. You’ll guide leads through the full sales cycle, create solutions that actually help our customers, and work closely with a team that values your ideas. This is your chance to join us! Your Tasks
* Drive sales activities: identify leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
* Develop strong product knowledge of our satellite‑based monitoring solutions and translate this into value for customers.
* Take a hands‑on approach: lead outreach campaigns, participate in demos, prepare proposals, support onboarding of new clients, and follow through until account hand‑off and retention.
* Represent the company at international conferences: network with potential clients, showcase product solutions, and identify market trends to shape the sales strategy.
* Collaborate with senior management to incorporate feedback from customer conversations into strategy and process optimisation.
* Maintain CRM records, track the sales pipeline, and report on performance and forecasts.
Your Profile
* First experience in sales, business development, or a similar field (e.g. proactive customer targeting, customer communication, CRM management)
* Strong affinity for technology and a product‑oriented mindset: you’re curious about how things work, enjoy explaining product features and benefits, and are excited about the SpaceTech industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (native German and good English proficiency preferred).
* No formal technical degree required – what counts is your motivation, commercial mindset, and ability to learn.
* Structured and independent work style; you enjoy building relationships and seeing them through to successful outcomes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Slack/Teams, and collaboration, sales tools (Monday etc.)
* Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
