To enhance our successful Business & Operational Excellence Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate Project Manager - Business and Operational Excellence (f/m/d) As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects - overseeing budget, scope, and quality - while also facilitating a variety of workshops by applying your skills, capabilities, and adapting to different formats. Your Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and deliver assigned projects and tasks, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation, perform risk assessments, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies. Facilitation: Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, continuously developing moderation skills to ensure efficient and goal-oriented workshop outcomes. Change & Transformation Facilitation: Analyze stakeholder landscapes to support change initiatives. Serve as a communication bridge across project teams, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
