Join our international Trainee Program - Global Machining Processes - and take an active role in the technological advancement of cutting manufacturing processes, working closely with production and development teams.
Your Tasks:
* Participate in a 24-month international trainee program focusing on global machining technologies, including several months abroad.
* Collaborate on projects with development departments within the group.
* Serve as a technological contact for machining processes - advising and supporting production on technological questions.
* Conduct parameter studies to optimize and develop machining processes.
* Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Your Profile:
* Degree in manufacturing technology, mechanical engineering, or toolmaking; with initial work experience, ideally from technical training or practical activities during or after studies.
* Basic knowledge in materials science and data processing is advantageous.
* Excellent German and English skills (C1 level).
* Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented work approach.
* Teamwork, communication skills, and intercultural competence.
