Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Ordertaker to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be providing exceptional, personalized service by accurately taking and processing guest orders for in-room dining. This role ensures that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Key expectations:
* Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously, maintaining a calm and clear tone
* Demonstrate anticipatory service by suggesting menu items and accommodating special requests
* Personalize interactions by addressing guests by name and confirming preference
* Accurately record and process food and beverage orders in the POS system
* Communicate special dietary requirements and preferences to the kitchen team
* Maintain knowledge of the full menu, wine list, and hotel offerings to assist guests effectively
Profile:
* Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
