Overview
Technical Digital Consultant (all genders) – start from summer; full‑time, 36 hours per week; location Salzburg or Vienna. We look for a Digital Consultant with strong technical knowledge to support customers through digital transformation. You will identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and shape digital projects with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Listen to customers, record requirements and classify them technically.
Analyze business models, target groups, and existing digital systems, platforms, and architectures.
Develop digital roadmaps with clear measures, priorities, and realistic technical feasibility.
Support and structure digital projects—from idea to implementation.
Prepare, moderate, and follow up on workshops (potential, kick‑off, tech scoping).
Advise customers on technology decisions and platform selection.
Provide technical sparring for internal teams and customers.
Drive innovations, trends, and technological developments.
Create concepts, presentations, and technical decision‑making bases.
Cooperate closely with strategy, creation, UX, data/tech, and project management teams.
Maintain and further develop customer relationships.
Qualifications
Several years of experience in digital consulting or managing digital projects with a strong technical focus.
Experience in evaluating technical solutions and architecture decisions.
In‑depth technical understanding of digital platforms, architectures, and systems.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts understandably.
Translate complex technical issues into comprehensible decision bases for clients.
Realistically estimate technical costs and incorporate them into roadmaps.
Experience planning, moderating, and following up on workshops.
Analytical thinking and structured approach to work.
Routine in creating concepts, presentations, and decision templates.
Nice to have: practical experience in web or software development.
Very good German and good English skills; team orientation and personal initiative.
Offer
Full‑time position with an annual salary starting at €67,200 gross (including vacation and Christmas bonuses). Salary depends on qualifications and experience. Location: Salzburg or Vienna. 36 hours per week.
