ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Ecommerce Manager at BRUNA, you will be responsible for ensuring that our ecommerce strategies drive both conversion and profitability. You will play a key role in shaping the digital experience and customer journey, working closely with the online team to position BRUNA among the very best online shopping destinations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive revenue growth and optimize conversion rates across BRUNA’s online channel
* Build, optimize, and maintain high-performing ecommerce pages on Shopify
* Enhance the shopping experience by optimizing navigation, product presentation, and personalization features (search, filters, recommendations)
* Plan and execute new collection launches, manage the merchandising calendar, and align content with marketing initiatives
* Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to maximize visibility and traffic
* Run A/B tests, analyze website performance, and apply insights to improve conversion rates and average order value
* Ensure accurate daily site operations, including product data, promotional content, and tracking implementation
* Collaborate with marketing, brand, creative, and operations teams to deliver seamless ecommerce campaigns
* Manage third-party tools, Shopify apps, and external partners to support business goals
* Develop and refine digital strategies based on KPIs and analytics to drive sustainable online growth
* Lead performance measurement and reporting for ecommerce and marketing initiatives
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Proven Experience: You have a strong track record of exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with extensive hands-on experience using tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta, and more.
* Customer-First Mindset: You always put the customer at the center of every decision, ensuring an outstanding and seamless user journey across all touchpoints.
* Data-Driven Thinking: You are comfortable extracting, analyzing, and acting on data insights to drive online performance and continuous improvement.
* Agility and Flexibility: You are highly organized, know how to prioritize effectively, and can adapt quickly to shifting business needs and goals.
* Strong Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and confidently, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to maximize impact.
