Responsibilities
Build and manage impactful partnerships with key accounts in the Limited Service Restaurant segment.
Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the QSR, fast casual, and coffee‑tea‑bistro industries.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure consistent brand representation.
Travel 20‑30% internationally to meet and support key accounts.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in international key account management with a proven track record in the QSR, fast casual, and coffee‑tea‑bistro sectors.
Strong, sociable presence and excellent communication skills across cultures.
Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is desirable.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for impactful presentations and analyses.
Motivated to win new business and open to frequent travel.
Location Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria
Benefits and Compensation The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €2,362 gross per month. Our market‑oriented compensation package is significantly above this minimum.
