Role Overview
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of B2B clients, focusing on fleet solutions across Austria. You will play a key role in expanding market share, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored mobility solutions to corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients across Austria
* Identify and acquire new B2B customers, with a focus on fleet and mobility solutions
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
* Understand client needs and propose customized fleet solutions
* Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
* Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Director
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within automotive, mobility, leasing, or fleet management
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a multinational environment
* Willingness to travel across Austria
