Job Description
Join Hitachi Energy's global Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service team, a leader in grid connection and power quality solutions. We serve clients across energy, renewables, industry, transport, data centers, and infrastructure, focusing on innovation and sustainability. Our European team, over 1,000 experts across 16 countries, is expanding, and we seek a Supply Chain Specialist - Einkauf & Logistik (w/m/d) in Guntramsdorf to contribute to energy infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
1. Manage supplier approvals, data entry, and order processing in ERP systems according to technical specifications.
2. Review purchase requests, ensure compliance with company policies.
3. Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delivery, quality, and timing.
4. Reconcile goods receipt with orders, handle invoice verification, and evaluate suppliers.
5. Support finance and controlling teams with relevant data and closing activities.
6. Coordinate logistics, transportation, and customs processes.
7. Collaborate with local and international teams, report on KPIs.
8. Ensure compliance with policies, promote sustainability, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Completed commercial education with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is advantageous.
3. Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
4. Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.
5. Team-oriented, proactive, solution-focused, with strong communication and organizational skills.

The minimum salary for this full-time role is EUR 3,775.27 gross/month, with potential for overpayment based on experience and qualifications.
