We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Supply Chain domain, operating as part of the Portfolio Management function in the CFO organization. In this pivotal role, you will be involved across the end-to-end supply chain operations and help to shape the evolution of our global supply chain strategy.
In this position, you will work closely with Portfolio Managers to achieve strategic priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and Global Data, which will ensure the successful execution of programs and projects. From preparing decision board content to coordinating project updates and contributing to cross-functional CFO initiatives, you’ll be at the center of driving progress, alignment, and transparency across our organization.

1. Collaborate with project teams to collect and consolidate updates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of portfolio performance through program and project updates From project initiation through project closing, you’ll monitor project health (including timeline & budget), track deliverables, and coordinate cross-portfolio dependencies to help deliver company-wide results Assess project risks, anticipate challenges such as delays, or resource constraints and execute mitigation strategies while keeping stakeholders informed
2. Support Portfolio Manager to prepare reports and materials to collaborate with leadership and stakeholders for prioritization of projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and value added to the organization Develop portfolio roadmaps at a program & project level, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budget constraints Provide quarterly updates to the organization via a portfolio newsletter to keep them informed
3. Evaluate impact assessment for new project proposals and ensure alignment with the existing portfolio objectives Promote collaboration to avoid siloed decision-making to define, design, and execute proposed solutions Provide guidance to project owners on adherence to portfolio framework standards and processes Ensure project goals and benefits are understood by leadership throughout every phase of the project
4. Engage stakeholders and promote buy-in to implement new processes and support change management initiatives Facilitate project(s) review meetings, ensuring alignment with portfolio goals Assist in facilitating portfolio review meetings, including preparing materials and summarizing outcomes
5. Collect and validate project data in close collaboration with the project team Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure data reliability/completeness for portfolio dashboards and reports for leadership, providing insights into progress, risks, and resource allocation Proactively encourage Project Owners to reflect up-to-date information on Workfront, followed by meeting/alignment Partner with the Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Management team members to brainstorm practical improvements to PM methodologies, tool setup, and communication paths to shape our way forward for this high-impact team
6. Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in project, program or portfolio management
7. End-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, etc.)
8. Experience in Consulting is an advantage
9. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management
10. Fluent in English
11. Proven success in driving cross-functional teams and managing complex projects following Project Management Methodologies
12. Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and collaboration/project management tools
