* Be part of the team managing consultancy projects from start to finish, including customer contact, final presentations, and evaluations.
* Analyze and question existing structures to help clients improve outcomes.
* Develop new solutions by discussing insights within the team.
* Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with clients to optimize processes.
* Contribute your expertise in Supply Chain, IT, Digitalization, Processes, Project Management, Databases & ERP Systems.
* Assist clients in process optimization and automation efforts.
* Support implementation processes and create clear, structured documentation.
Your profile
* You live in Vienna or you are willing to move to Vienna.
* Passion to learn new things and dive deep into details.
* Passion for consulting, strong analytical skills, and process-oriented thinking.
* Full working proficiency in English and French or Spanish.
* Additional working proficiency in German is a very strong asset.
* You enjoy direct customer interaction and a wide range of tasks.
* High digital competence and tech-savviness.
* A Master's degree
* Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time for on-site client work. (usually Mon-Thu)
* Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and team spirit.

Salary
For this position, we offer a starting salary of EUR 3,700 gross per month, plus a variable bonus component of 10%.
