Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support decision-making and business strategy.
* Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls.
* Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the company has adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum of 9 years of experience in financial management or accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
* Proficiency in financial software and systems, with advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
