Based on the VEACT products, you coordinate and control cross-channel marketing campaigns and activities, advise customers, and continuously expand the customer relationship in terms of upselling.
You work on marketing and sales strategies and implement them in a target-oriented way.
You proactively support clients in designing campaigns from the existing campaign portfolio and in the design and implementation of new sales and aftersales campaigns.
You continuously optimize internal processes and further develop quality assurance measures.
You maintain and use our CRM system for the provision and documentation of services.
You ensure a high frequency of contact with our existing international customers, which may include customer visits or events with travel and occasional overnight stays.
You are responsible for achieving the targets in the markets.
Who you are and what you bring:
* Complete commercial apprenticeship or a comparable course of study.
* English at C1 level; German is a plus; knowledge of at least one language (Romanian, Hungarian, Slovakian, Czech).
* Experience in the automotive industry (BMW, JLR) is an advantage.
* Curiosity and openness to new ways of doing things.
* You are self-confident, enjoy actively approaching people, and have high social skills.
* You have a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of team and customer orientation.
* You have good knowledge of MS Office and are open to learning new programs.
