Tasks
* Prepare and distribute our standard weekly and monthly reporting ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery
* Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations transforming financial data into clear insights
* Perform variance analyses and develop action-oriented recommendations to achieve financial targets
* Data analysis and preparation of the data stored in our ERP System Microsoft Dynamics
* Understanding of Excel Macros their design and creation
* Help to develop and optimize controlling and reporting tools driving digitalization and automation of financial reporting
* Assist with continuous improvement and development within controlling processes
Requirements
You are looking for a challenging position in an international environment where performance self-responsibility initiative and loyalty are rewarded
* Completed bachelors degree in business administration with focus on Controlling Finance or Accounting or a comparable qualification.
* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling and reporting ideally in an international company.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) as well as experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Microsoft Dynamics Navision); BI-Tool experience is a plus.
* Excellent analytical skills combined with strong affinity for working with numbers
* Structured precise and independent working style with the ability to handle complex tasks.
* Clear and structured communication skills ensuring complex financial topics are translated into understandable reports and insights.
* Flexible proactive and hands-on mentality with a clear sense of responsibility.
* Business fluent in German and English.
