Job Description
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the entire software development journey – from brainstorming and solution design to implementation, testing, rollout, and ongoing support – ensuring alignment, clarity and lasting impact
* Bridge the gap between business needs and technical expertise, helping stakeholders shape clear, efficient and future-ready solutions
* Drive quality at every stage – ensuring solutions not only work but deliver real value to suers
* Write and track Epics and User Stories (in Jira)
Qualifications
* Self-organized way of working, excellent communication, hands-on mentality, solution-focused mindset
* Practical experience bridging business needs and technology, particularly in requirements engineering and CRM applications
* Fluent English, both written and spoken
* A strong interest in how systems connect – databases, microservices, APIs – and the drive to keep learning more
* A team player (colleagues as well as externals)
