Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

This role is responsible for providing professional technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring product functionality and customer satisfaction. It requires close collaboration with the sales team, customers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, offer training and advice, and contribute to improved product sales and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting: Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving malfunctions or issues related to photovoltaic products. Respond promptly to customer feedback and provide effective solutions.
2. Technical Documentation: Write and update technical documents, user manuals, and training materials for reference by customers and internal teams.
3. Product Improvement Suggestions: Gather customer feedback and market information to propose product improvements, working closely with the R&D team to continually enhance product performance and quality.
4. Technical Support Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal technical support team to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring customer problems are addressed promptly and effectively.
5. Marketing Support: Support the sales team in technical exchanges and product promotion activities, participate in exhibitions and seminars, and showcase product features and technical advantages to customers.
