To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Lustenau, Austria, we are seeking a dedicated individual for the following position: Business Development (100%)*
Your Responsibilities
* Identifying and acquiring new projects and clients
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Analysing market trends and competitors
* Developing and implementing business development strategies
* Supporting competitions, pitches and tender processes
* Close collaboration with senior management and project teams
* Representing the practice at events and within professional networks
Your Profile
* Experience in business development, sales or project acquisition – ideally within the architecture, construction or real estate sector
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic understanding
* Excellent communication skills and confident manner
* An established industry network is an advantage
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe is desirable
* Excellent command of German and English
* Self-motivated and proactive approach
