As Product Manager, you take full ownership of the product lifecycle for industrial packaging solutions – especially stackable canisters and bottles for chemical applications. You develop and execute product strategies based on market insights, customer needs, and technical possibilities. From idea to market launch and throughout the lifecycle, you ensure product success, competitiveness, and profitability.
* Strategic and operational management of the product portfolio
* Driving product innovations and coordinating launches
* Monitoring market trends, competitionand regulatory developments
* Setting and maintaining competitive pricing strategies
* Providing product documentation, sales toolsand internal trainings
* Supporting sales, marketingand customers with product expertise
What makes you great
* Minimum 5 years of experience in product or innovation management, ideally in blow-moulded plastic packaging
* Strong understanding of industrial packaging for chemicals (stackable canisters, containers)
* Business- and market-driven thinking with technical know-how
* Proficiency in go-to-market strategies, pricing and KPI-based product steering
* Experience in cross-functional and international collaboration
* Fluent in German and English
* Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
* Confident user of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
