IT SSC Manager (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
* Ensure seamless operations of local IT shared services, supporting internal customers with infrastructure and applications incidents, requests, and changes.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Shared Services Teams consisting of 13 solution experts in four different countries. This includes setting priorities, managing performance, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
* Drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and operational effectiveness.
* Oversee and manage the budget for IT shared services across multiple countries, ensuring cost-effective resource use and adherence to financial constraints.
* Collaborate with your shared service center peers in other countries to establish standardized approaches and coordinate on corporate project initiatives, ensuring efficient operations.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an IT department, preferably in IT Infrastructure.
* Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to effectively communicate and align with C-level executives.
* Strong leadership and team management skills and ability to mentor and develop team members.
* Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing different projects in parallel.
* Excellent communications skills in both German and English.
* Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a plus.
