Your Role
* Lead the development and redesign of our railway product range, setting standards for future innovations
* Use your market trend insight to develop a forward-looking portfolio strategy and drive new product initiatives
* Deeply analyze requirements, check solutions against standards and application purposes, and prepare approval documents
* Contribute your application expertise in research projects and serve as the main contact for market-relevant technical questions
* Participate in projects with internal stakeholders and external partners, and work in cross-border standard committees
Our Expectations
* Completed technical degree (preferably in physics, civil engineering, environmental sciences/transportation, or mechanical engineering)
* Some professional experience in technical product management
* Interest in vibration technology solutions using elastic elements
* Enjoy conducting usability tests on prototypes and existing systems
* Knowledge of railway industry requirements and/or vibration isolation is a plus
* Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level)
